用了几个不同的食谱,加加減減的创造了一个适合自己口味的butter chicken.
1. Marinate chicken with GINGER PASTE, GARLIC PASTE, RED CHILI, POWDER, GARAM MASALA, SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, YOGHURT and OIL.
2. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
3. Add some BUTTER, fry the chopped ONION,CASHEW NUT, chopped TOMATOES, WHOLE GARAM MASALA, GARLIC PASTE, GINGER PASTE , GARAM MASALA POWDER, CHILI POWDER and WATER.
4. Purée no.3, strain it, pour back to the pot and add the chickens
5. Simmer for few minutes until the sauce thicken, can add some cream.
