番茄鱼

番茄鱼

1。鱼加入盐，粟粉和姜片腌上半小时
2。烧鍋，加少许油，加入切块的番茄。番炒至出汤汁。
3。加入鱼，平鋪在番茄上,加盖。
4。待鱼转至为白色，小心番炒。
5。加入盐和胡椒粉和九层塔叶炒匀，装盘。

Teriyaki Chicken/卤肉

在这个星期里我煮了几道好吃的料理，把它都记下来，以后再想煮也不怕找不到食谱了。

Teriyaki Chicken

1。把味琳，日本酒，日本醤油，糖和 honey 混合(我自己又加了teriyaki sauce)
2。用姜汁,蒜头碎和No1汁腌鸡
3。煎香鸡肉
4。把腌汁倒入煮至浓。


鹵肉

1。爆香姜片，香菇，八角和香兰叶。
2。加入肉碎，用小火炒香。
3。加入黑醬油，酱油，酒，盐，胡椒粉和清水。
4。焖煮40分钟，可以加入水煮旦。
5。加粟粉勾芡。

09.06.2014 孩子长大了

昨天帶孩子去 Fort Lucan , 离开上回去的日子有7年了。上次去的时候，我们两个老的跟上跟下累到半死，但这次去卻大大不同了。慈心有姐姐带著去玩，慈洋有时跟着大哥有时自己一个人到处走，我们两老可以坐在树下喝茶看報纸。我想这是最后一次去 Fort Lucan 了，除了那兩个 water slides 也没什么会吸引他们的了。

 When I went to collect Ci Xin this afternoon, Sharon told me these:

Sharon: Ci Xin, do you have homework today?
Ci Xin looked up to Sharon
Ci Xin: What day is today?
Sharon: Wednesday
Ci Xin: Oh ya, we only have homework on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday!!!

Quality time

Last Thursday Ci Qing and I went to watch Irish Dancing show at Powerscourt in city centre, we choosed to go by bus..tired but fun.

Sometime it is nice to go out just me and her, mummy and daughter thing. We chat alot, about fashion, school, friends and I also take this opportunity to tell her alot of 道理。

After the show, I decided to treat her withn good food, so we went to Yamamuri, first time ever. She ordered Bento with chicken, octopus salad, fish tempura, 3pcs of sushi, rich and miso soup, cost E18.50. I tried their Yamamuri Ramen, I thing is about 16 Euro, very big portion, not too bad.

Ci Qing like this meal so am I, but then today when I ring daddy, he was in the Jap restaurant, he told me Jap food are cheaper then here...ARRR,  next time must eat out alot when we go home.

Sam 越来越大了， 我们对它的感情也越来越深，每一次它生病时我重是担心的要命。像那一次snip snip 后，又吐又泻，连最爱吃的dental stick 都不要，又站不起来，我想抱它进来，它又想咬我，那时我真的想哭了，好怕它会死掉。第二天早上起来看到它好了，那种高兴的心情非笔墨能形容。

 喔，真的很久没有来写部落格个了。没写之前脑里都是要记录的事，一开始要写时却什么都想不起来.

有一个是难忘的: 慈心正画着一个不像 spongebob 的 “spongebob", 大哥在旁边看着，突然慈心很认真的望着他说: "哥，why are you staring at my picture, you WANT to keep it? 哈哈哈，这小瓜真的好有自信！！I like it.
