日本芝士蛋糕

昨天作了一个Japanese Cheese Cake. 上次做了不成功，这次因为有了经验所以进步了很多而且也用了是一个食谱。http://sweetheartkitchen.com/meal/湯類/page/3/

自己因为伤风了，尝不出味道，daddy 認为应该加多点糖。

有一天慈情在门外按门铃，按了很久。 妹妹给她开了门， 她一进来就劈劈啪啪乱骂一通， 原来有人把门扣给扣上了。爸爸说应该是他不小心给扣上的， 但他没有道歉反而说都是我不好，因为我之前不同意买多一个门铃！！！又是我的错？？？

Creamy pasta with cream cheese

1. Heat 2tbsp of oil, fry garlic and onion. Set aside.

2. Melt the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of butter in a saucepan, stir in the milk, creamy mushroom (tin), Parmesan , chicken, veg, salt and pepper.

3. Add in the cooked pasta.

芒果芝士蛋糕

Ingredients:
300g Aldi dark chocolate digestives
1/2 cup of mango pulp
16g Gelatine
140g caster sugar
340 cheese cream
1tbsp lemon juice
250ml full cream
